Write to support@vektuspro.com. A real person answers, usually within two working days. Please mention your iPhone model, iOS version and the app version (Settings → About in the app), and what you were doing when the problem happened.

Subscriptions and purchases

How do I cancel?
On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → VektusPro → Cancel Subscription. You can also tap Manage subscription in the app's Settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

I bought Pro but it's not unlocked.
Open the app's Settings → Subscription and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with.

How does the free trial work?
The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The app shows the date of the first charge before you start, and reminds you two days before it.

How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

What happens if Pro ends?
Nothing is deleted. If you have more goals than the free version allows, you choose which goal stays active; the others are paused and stay readable until you subscribe again.

Your data

Where are my goals stored?
Only on your iPhone. There's no account and no server, so we can't see or restore your data. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I back up or move my data?
Your normal iPhone or iCloud backup includes the app's data, so it moves with you when you set up a new iPhone from a backup or with Quick Start. Settings → Your data → Export (Pro) also creates CSV and JSON files you can save anywhere. VektusPro 1.0 does not sync between devices.

How do I delete everything?
Settings → Your data → Delete all my data. The app asks twice and shows exactly what will be erased. This can't be undone. The "VektusPro" calendar stays in the Calendar app; delete it there if you no longer want it.

Calendar

How do I turn on calendar sync?
Calendar sync is part of Pro. Open a goal → Calendar, and allow calendar access when asked. VektusPro books sessions into your free time and adds them to its own calendar, named "VektusPro".

Does VektusPro read or change my events?
It reads only when your events start and end, to avoid booking over them. Titles and other details are never stored, and it never changes an event it did not create.

I deleted a VektusPro block from my calendar.
That means "skip that day". It isn't counted as missed, and the plan adjusts.

Timers and reminders

I don't hear the end of a focus block.
On iOS 26 or later, turn on Ring like an alarm in the app's Settings → Focus timer, and allow Alarms when asked. It rings even in silent mode. On earlier iOS versions, allow notifications for VektusPro, and allow Time Sensitive notifications in any Focus mode you use.

Can I change the length of a focus method?
Yes. Every method's durations are editable, and Reset to defaults brings back the originals.

The timer doesn't show on my Lock Screen.
iPhone Settings → VektusPro → turn on Live Activities.

…on my Apple Watch?
In the Watch app on your iPhone: Smart Stack → Live Activities → turn it on, including for VektusPro. The Watch mirrors what the iPhone's Lock Screen shows.

…on my Mac?
iPhone Live Activities on the Mac need macOS 26 and iPhone Mirroring. At the time of writing, Apple doesn't offer iPhone Mirroring in the EU.

General

Which languages does VektusPro support?
English, Ελληνικά, Deutsch, Français and Español. To change the app's language: iPhone Settings → VektusPro → Language.

Does VektusPro run on iPad or Mac?
VektusPro 1.0 is made for iPhone.
